The museum at this Mission contains a good collection of items and displays. It is housed in most of the area of the Mission that was the original Convento wing where the padres lived and Natives worked. A sample of the items and displays are shown here...
One of the museum rooms houses a model of the MIssion as it might have looked with the full quadrangle...
Other rooms are set up to display artifacts from specific areas of the Mission through its entire lifetime. (The kitchen picture is quite dark because the glass that protects the room reflected a flash no matter how I tried to use one and the display itself is kept dark. The sitting room picture is actually two pictures stitched together.)
Since you are moving through original MIssion structures you will see how the various rooms were constructed and the items of comfort the padres and others had (not many). Note the fireplace and, when going through doors, if you're tall be certain to duck down; they are not.
Miscellaneous displays include original maps, various tools, and vestments.
